If your order does not arrive on time, we ask that you allow 4 extra business days (2 business days for Express Delivery) as some packages may become delayed while in transit.
If your order still has not arrived after the recommended additional time, please contact us using the options below, so we can make it right.

We also recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be trying to reach you to deliver your package.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages delivered on different days.

For orders shipped within the United States, you can now start your return online by choosing the order containing the item(s) you would like to return from your Order History and click/tap on the Return button, then select “Return by Mail” as your Return Method when prompted. If the return button doesn't launch, ensure the pop-up blocker is switched off. If you are experiencing other issues follow the steps here to return on your own.
NOTE: Your return may not update on our site until after the return has processed in the Returns Center. For the most up to date information, before your return has reached the Return Center, you may use the tracking number provided to you. Please keep your receipt from USPS, as this contains the tracking number. Once the tracking shows the return has been delivered to our Returns Center, please allow 7 days for processing and 3-5 business days to receive the refund.
Printing a return label
For orders shipped within the United States, use the "Make a Return Label" option on our Return by Mail page. We recommend printing the label from a desktop computer or laptop and checking your printer setting to ensure the label prints correctly.
Note: If you are receiving an error message, please ensure your address is valid or enter an alternate address.
No printer? Please mail your package through an insured, traceable delivery service to:
